What to Expect ....

Whether you're completely new to Pilates or returning to movement after a break, you are so welcome here. Classes are designed to feel supportive, relaxed, and accessible to all levels.

Before You Arrive
Please bring:

  • A mat
  • Water
  • Optional: a small towel, cosy layer, or socks for relaxation

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

When You Arrive
You’ll be greeted with a calm, friendly environment. There’s no pressure to be “good” at anything—this is your time to tune into your body. I’ll guide you through everything, so you can simply follow along at your own pace.

Class Flow
Each session is thoughtfully structured to support your body and mind:

  • Arrival & Grounding
    We begin with a gentle check-in, helping you settle, breathe, and arrive in your body.
  • Warm-Up
    Slow, controlled movements to awaken the body and prepare your muscles.
  • Main Practice
    A series of Pilates-based exercises focusing on strength, mobility, posture, and core stability. Options and modifications are always offered, so you can work at a level that suits you.
  • Cool Down & Stretch
    We gradually slow things down with stretches to release tension and improve flexibility.
  • Relaxation
    A short guided relaxation to help you unwind, reset your nervous system, and leave feeling calm and restored.

After Class
You may feel stronger, lighter, or simply more relaxed. Every experience is valid—this is your personal journey.

A Gentle Reminder
There is no expectation to be flexible, strong, or experienced. Pilates is about building awareness,   confidence, and connection with your body over time.
